The Ace Portland

I recently stayed at the Ace in Portland. It's a design-junkie's paradise (not to mention that there is also a Stumptown next door). Portland is an awesome town, filled with cool cafes, beautiful re-purposed buildings and tons and tons of food trucks. Next time, hopefully, I'll have more time there. Thanks cousin for showing us around! It was so great seeing you.

Stumptown

I used to joke that I got all of my decorating tips from that ubiquitous chain coffee shop (you know the one). Now I'm coveting the clothes the folks over at Stumptown at the Ace are wearing these days: skinny ties, vests and hats. I think I see some vests in my future . . .

P.S., Stumptown has the best coffee, hands down. Try it over at Sweetleaf in Long Island City, too.
