Adieu Le Train Bleu

Le Train Bleu is a Portland-based online clothing boutique. All the pieces are so beautifully curated. Sadly, after a nearly 10 year run, it is closing its doors on Wednesday, February 8th. You can read a little bit more about Le Train Bleu here and the amazing owner behind it all here (she hung up a sheet recently in her backyard and watched the Breakfast Club on projector! How awesome is that?). I had the privilege of shooting for Le Train Bleu back in 2005 in Duvall, Washington. It could not have been a more perfect day. I loved every single one of the pieces (and still dream about that chevron skirt and gold shoes!) and ran away with that pink sweater (which I still wear!). Farewell, sweet Le Train Bleu. You will be missed.

Great chevron striped skirt! It was before it's time! If I were still in Portalnd, I hope I would have had the common sense to shop there! Ten years is a long time for a small business these days!

What darling pieces! I love so many of these. How sad that she is closing today. If I were going to Portland, I definitely would have stopped in. Best of luck to her!
